ACORN SQUASH

One of the things I like is simple but good and it doesn't get much simpler than this.

  • Acorn Squash
  • Peas, fresh or frozen
  • Pearl Onions
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
Cut the Acorn Squash into slices.
Fill with Peas and Pearl Onions.
Cover with foil and bake at 325° F for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours in a pan with 1 Tablespoon of butter.
