BANANA NUT BREAD

Blend or Process:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Margarine
  • 2 Medium sized, ripe Bananas
  • 2/3 Cup Sugar
Sift together:
  • 1 3/4 Cups Flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon Soda
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tarter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
In a mixing bowl pour the liquid mixture gradually into the dry ingredients.
Stir until smooth.
Add Chopped Nuts if desired.
Pour into a well greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour.

Ken likes it served warm with a big glob of butter.
