RUNNERDUCK BAR-B-QUE SAUCE

     This is good for all meats except Duck! You can use it as a marinade or Bar-B-Que sauce.

  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Catsup
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Tomato Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Water

 Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for 15 minutes.

Fix this for your next Bar-B-Que and your guests will love it. Make it ahead of time and take it camping.
