Here's a really good vegetable recipe from Molly P.

  • 4 Cups Broccoli
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Celery Stick, chopped
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup, could be Mushroom or Celery
  • 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked Rice, better with herbs
  • Tabasco
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Bread Crumbs

Saute the Celery and Onions in Butter.
Mix the Broccoli, Soup, Cheese, Onion, Celery and Rice.
Season and mix well.
Put it into a well greased casserole dish.
Top with Bread Crumbs and add extra Cheese.
For an added twist sprinkle with Sunflower Seeds.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
