SMOKEY CHEESE LOG

  • 2 Cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 Ounces of Cream Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Onion
  • 2 to 3 Drops Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1 Garlic Clove, Crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • 1/4 teaspoon Celery Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Liquid Smoke

Mix all ingredients together.
Shape into a log or what ever shape you prefer.
You can serve it naked (not you personally) or dress it up with chopped nuts, crumbled bacon bits or chopped chives pressed on the outside.
Wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill for 3-4 hours.
Serve with your favorite crackers or veggies.
