CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES |
||
Ken's mom carried on a tradition from her mom of making the best chocolate chip cookies in the world and keeping them in a coffee can in the freezer. Here's Ken's mom/grandmothers chocolate cookie recipe.
Cream Shortening and Sugars in a mixing bowl. Add Eggs and Vanilla. Fold in Chocolate Chips. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a 350º F oven.
You can eat them hot or give them a try in the freezer especially on these hot summer nights.
