CORN DOG

Corn Dogs

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Bisquick
  • 2 Tablespoons Corn Meal
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 8 to 10 Franks
Blend Egg and Milk.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Heat oil in pan, enough oil to cover the dogs, to 375 degrees F.
Dip Franks in batter and fry until brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain on a paper towel.
If you have a stick put it in the end otherwise eat with a fork or your fingers.

Now go enjoy a fair.
