      This is one that Ken found in his mom's old recipe box. We have no idea where she got it but on these hot summer nights it sure sounds good.

  • 1 6 ounce package of Semi-sweet Chocolate Pieces
  • 3/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Instant Coffee
  • Ice Cream

In a sauce pan using low heat melt the Chocolate and Evaporated Milk stirring constantly until the chocolate is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Stir in the Instant Coffee.
Serve hot or cold over Ice Cream.
It keeps well in the refrigerator.
