OLIVE PATÉ

Here is another great party idea from our kitchen. Make up this paté and serve it at the next Holiday party.

  • 1/2 Cup Pitted Ripe Olives
  • 1 Cup Shredded Jack Cheese
  • 2 Hard-cooked Eggs
  • 1 teaspoons Brandy (optional)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Basil
  • 3/4 teaspoon Tarragon
  • 1 Small Garlic Clove
Combine all but 3 Olives with the rest of the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Place into a jar, cover and chill.
Slice the 3 Olives and place on top.

Serve this paté with veggies, crackers, bread sticks or French bread. Your guests will go nuts over this one.
