PARMESAN VEGETABLES and RICE

Parmesan is good on a lot of things but we think you'll find this dish particularly tasty.

  • 3 Cups Broccoli
  • 2 Cups Mushroom slices
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 4 Cups Cooked Rice
  • 4 ounce Jar Sliced Pimentos, drained
  • 1 teaspoon Marjoram
  • 1/2 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Saute the Broccoli and Mushrooms in Butter.
Add the Rice, Pimento and Marjoram and cook over low heat until the rice is lightly browned.
Stir in the Parmesan Cheese.
Serve with additional Parmesan Cheese.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
