SAUSAGE SALAD
	1/2 Pound Kielbasa sliced in 1/4 inch pieces. 2 Cups Diced Cooked Potatoes 4 Hard Cooked Eggs, sliced 1 Cup Cooked Peas or Beans 1/3 Cup Onion, diced 1/2 Green Pepper, diced 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1 Cup Mayonnaise Mix all the ingredients together and chill.
