TIJUANA COLESLAW

  • 1 Medium Cabbage Shredded
  • 2 Medium Carrots
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
  • 2/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Minced Jalapenos
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Small Onion sliced
  • 1 Small Red Pepper sliced

Mix together and garnish with black olives.
You may want to adjust the spices to your liking but we know you'll love this "slaw".
Serves 8-10
