  • 1/2 lb. Cauliflower
  • 2/3 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter

Cook (blanch) Cauliflower until tender.
Place in a shallow dish.
Mix Cheeses and Bread Crumbs in a bowl.
Drizzle the Butter on top and toss lightly.
Sprinkle this cheese mix over the Cauliflower and bake at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes.

I'm not a big Cauliflower fan but this is really good, give it a try.
