BBQ BEEF-FILLED WONTON CUPS

Now here's something really different that will surprise your taste buds and friends.

  • 48 Wonton Wrappers
  • 3 Cups Roast Beef, chopped
  • 3/4 Cups Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 Cup Shredded Jack Cheese
Spray mini muffin pans with cooking oil.
Press the Wonton Skins into the cups, crimping them to fit.
Lightly spray with cooking oil.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 5-8 minutes.
Fill with the meat mixture, sprinkle with cheese and broil until melted.
